Collects feedback for brands that want to understand what does and doesn’t work for different people.
Helps brands learn how to improve their products and services.

Who does Open work with?
People who are deaf, deafened or hard of hearing including those who use sign language.
People with many other experiences of disability including single or multiple needs, visible or non-visible disabilities.
People who are just getting older.

How do people provide feedback to companies through Open?
You need to first join Open to become a community member.
You can then respond to a specific research opportunity such as a survey or usability testing to say you are interested.
If selected you can then provide feedback by completing a survey or attending an online or in person research session. We sometimes have BSL survey content and provide interpreters as needed for in person or online sessions.
